About Us

The Courtyards on Hyland Run is a planned neighborhood located in Jerome Village, just north of Dublin, Ohio and Glacier Ridge Metro Park.  Our highly walkable neighborhood is surrounded by a blend of open spaces, tended trails and community recreational facilities. We also have several amenities for the exclusive use of our residents, including a clubhouse with fitness center, an outdoor pool, and pickleball and bocce courts. 

 

The Courtyards on Hyland Run combines the comfort of a close-knit neighborhood with the convenience of being just minutes away from many of Central Ohio's most popular destinations. While primarily composed of empty-nester households, the neighborhood includes and welcomes a variety of household types.
